Amenities are accessible to community members and guests. All repairs and fixes are managed through the HOA budget. There are always updates and improvements taking place to maintain their utility. Please respect the equipment and abide by all rules that apply.

At West Highlands, we have a clubhouse available to reserve for local residents. This space is great for hosting clubs, game nights, movie nights, birthdays, etc. The clubhouse includes furniture, bathroom access, kitchen, fireplace and TV. Clubhouse capacity is 47 people. Please follow instructions carefully when reserving clubhouse. Please see the walkthrough video to the left and enjoy.
The pool opens on around Memorial Day and closes around Labor Day. West Highland members have access to a beautiful resort-style swimming pool. This is a large pool with a maximum depth of 5 feet, a kiddie section for little children, a splash pad for all ages

From Spring to Late fall, we have a sand pit area for volleyball. It is also common for kids to play in the sand, we just encourage they stay on the outskirts of the Volleyball area. On Every Friday night you'll hear residents and guests playing volleyball over at the sand court. It is open to anyone.
West Highlands Park
West Highlands is a large park that is perfect for outdoor barbecues, corn hole, football, soccer, kickball and much more. Please let the HOA Board know if you are planning to host events in the park so that we can be prepared and avoid any conflicts.
